1865년 4월 14일 에이브라함 링컨 대통령이 암살됐던 워싱턴 DC 포드극장의 티켓 2매가 26만 2천500달러에 팔렸다. 보스턴의 경매사 PR옥션에 나온 이 티켓은  “Ford’s Theatre, APR 14, 1865, This Night Only.”  “Ford’s Theatre, Friday, Dress Circle!” 좌석번호 (“D”) and seat numbers “41″ and “42”가 적혀있다.
