랍스터롤 명가 브루클린 레드훅 랍스터 파운드(Red Hook Lobster Pound, 284 Van Brunt St.)에서 9월 28일부터 10월 4일까지 '랍스터 주간(Lobster Week)'을 연다.

이 기간 1.5파운드의 메인주 랍스터, 옥수수, 감자가 포함된 식사가 $29.95다. 평소엔 랍스터 디너가 $58-$60에 달한다.  

랍스터 파운드는 2009년 랄프 고람과 수잔 포비치 부부가 레드훅에서 시작했다. 펄 오이스터 바, 메리스 피시 캠프와 에드즈 랍스터 바의 3파전에 트럭으로 맨해튼을 누비며 2013년 데일리 밀에 의해 미 최고의 푸드트럭 1위에 선정됐다. 롱아일랜드 몬탁에도 지점을 냈다가 문을 닫았다.
