영국 출신 록스타 데이빗 보위(David Bowie, 1947-2016)와 모델인 부인 이만(Iman)이 한때 살던 맨해튼 센트럴파크사우스(160 Central Park South) 아파트가 495만 달러에 매물로 나왔다. 1929년 아르데코 양식으로 건축괸 에섹스 하우스 건물 내의 3베드룸 콘도로 센트럴파크와 맨해튼의 전망이 압권이다. 이 콘도는 2017년 야마하 피아노를 포함해 695만 달러에 매물로 나왔었다.  

보위와 이만은 1992년부터 2002년까지 이 아파트에서 살았다. 보위는 1999년 소호(285 Lafayette St. Crosby Building)의 초콜릿 공장을 개조한 아파트를 381만 달러에 매입한 후 2016년 사망할 때까지 살았다. 4베드룸에 3테라스를 갖춘 소호 아파트는 2021년 1천680만 달러에 팔렸다.
