뉴욕타임스가 'KPop 아웃사이더'로 불리우는 에피(Effie, 23)의 음반을 2025 베스트 앨범 중 하나로 선정했다. 

 

NYT의 음악비평가 존 카라마니카(Jon Caramanica)는 에피의 3번째 EP 'pullup to busan 4 morE hypEr summEr it's gonna bE a fuckin moviE'를 올해 최고의 앨범 1위에 올렸다.

본명이 김나현인 에피는 부산 출신의 싱어송라이터이자 래퍼로 KPop과 하이퍼팝을 융합한 음악 스타일로 주목받았다. 2020년 싱글 'Highway'로 데뷔한 후, 사운드클라우드(SoundCloud)에서 인지도를 높이며 2025년 3월 'E'를 출반했다. 이어 8월엔 'pullup to busan 4 morE hypEr summEr it's gonna bE a fuckin moviE'을 냈다.
