럭셔리 콘도로 개조되는 맨해튼 23스트릿 플랫아이언(Flatiron, 일명 '다리미') 빌딩의 내부 렌더링이 공개됐다. 플랫아이언은 1902년 다니엘 번햄이 보자르 양식의 23층(당시 이름은 Fuller Building)으로 건축한 후 120년간 상업용 건물이었다가 38채의 콘도로 개조될 예정이다. 현재 분양 중이며 3베드룸은 1천100만 달러, 21층의 5베드룸은 5천만 달러.
