두 비평가는 메트뮤지엄의 마네/드가전, 마티스/드랭전, 로렌 할시 루프가든전, 구게하임의 게고 회고전, 뉴뮤지엄의 주디 시카고 회고전, 휘트니뮤지엄의 헨리 테일러전 등을 꼽았다. 그러나, 뉴욕현대미술관(MoMA)의 전시는 빠졌다.
