미 베이커피카페 체인 파네라 브레드가 레모네이드를 마시고 사망한 유펜 대학생 사라 카츠(Sarah Katz, 21)의 부모로부터 고소당했다. 필라델피아 항소법원에 제출된 소장에 따르면, 2022년 9월 당시 심장질환이 있던 대학생은 카페인 함량이 높은 레모네이드를 마신 후 사망했다는 것.
