32세의 인물화가 제이미 코레스(Jamie Coreth)가 그린 이 초상화는 밀납인형같은 모습에 무언가를 바라보고 있는 표정이 미스테리를 자아낸다. 게다가 케이트 미들턴의 녹색 드레스는 지나치게 번들거린다. 온화한 로열 커플 이미지가 아니다. 

이 커플이 무엇을 보고 있었나는 두고두고 논의가 될 것으로 보인다.
