케이팝 데몬 헌터스 최우수 애니메이션, 주제가상("골든") 수상

최우수 작품상 : 햄넷(드라마), 원 배틀 애프터 어나더 (뮤지컬/코미디)

 

'케데헌'으로 최우수 애니메이션상을 수상한 크리스 애팰한스와 매기 강 공동 감독, 그리고 프로듀서 미셸 왕. 

 

매기 강 감독의 애니메이션 '케이팝 데몬 헌터스(KPDH, KPop Demon Hunters)'가 제 83회 골든글로브상 최우수 애니메이션상과 주제가상("Golden")을 수상했다. 

 

1월 11일 LA 비버리힐튼에서 열린 시상식에서 최우수 작품상(뮤지컬/코미디 부문), 외국어영화상, 그리고 남우주연상(이병헌) 후보에 올랐던 박찬욱 감독의 '어쩔수가없다(No Other Choices)'는 고배를 마셨다. 최우수 작품상(드라마 부문)은 스티븐 스필버그와 샘 멘데스 감독이 제작하고, 중국계 클로이 자오가 연출한 '햄넷(Hamnet)'에 돌아갔다.

클로이 자오 감독은 2021년 '노매드랜드(Nomadland)'로 아카데미 감독상, 골든글로브 작품, 감독상 및 베니스영화제 황금사자상을 수상한 바 있다. 이로써 클로이 자오와 매기 강은 할리우드의 아시안 여성 파워 디렉터로 자리매김했다. 

 

 

"골든"으로 골든글로브 주제가상을 수상한 아이디오(IDO), 투포(24), 이재(EJAE), 그리고 마크 소넨블릭(Mark Sonnenblick).

 

폴 토마스 앤더슨 감독의 '원 배틀 애프터 어나더(One Battle After Another)'는 뮤지컬/코미디 부문 최우수 작품상을 비롯, 각본, 감독, 여우조연상 등 4개 부문상을 석권했다.  

 

한편, TV 부문 최우수 작품상은 '더 피트(The Pitt-드라마)', '소년의 시간(Adolescence-미니 시리즈)', '더 스튜디오'(The Studio-코미디)이 차지했다.

CBS-TV로 중계된 시상식에서 지난해 이어 2년 연속 사회를 맡은 코미디언 니키 글레이저는 '케데헌' 주제가 "골든"을 번안해서 불렀다. 그러자, 배우 프랜 드레셔(Fran Drescher)가 등장해 그녀의 노래 솜씨를 꾸짖었고, 배경 화면엔 한국어로 '패밴 없어', '대머리 아저씨', '매 안맞을거야'가 나와 주목을 끌었다. 

 

올 시상식엔 이외에도 블랙핑크의 리사(Lalisa Manobal)이 인도 출신 배우 프리얀카 초프라(Priyanka Chopra)와 TV 드라마 시리즈 최우수 남우상을 시상하러 무대에 올랐다. 그리고, 시상식 배경음악으로BTS의 '다이나마이트', 로제의 '아파트'가 흘러, K-Pop의 파워를 실감케 했다.
